The Community Health Registered Nurse will provide healthcare services including immunization, disease and injury prevention, health surveillance, protection and promotion, infection control, and emergency preparedness and response. Work involves individual or group appointments, public health campaigns, and health education sessions within a multidisciplinary primary health care team.
Candidates must possess three full-time equivalent years of clinical nursing experience within the last five years, including mandatory comprehensive experience with immunization procedures and protocols, alongside strong IPAC skills. Required qualifications also include a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a provincial Registered Nurse license, previous full vaccination schedule experience, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

Our Community Health Registered Nurses work as a member of a multidisciplinary primary health care team in a primary care/clinic setting. Work includes individual or group appointments, public health/immunization campaigns, and individual or group health education sessions within or outside the health services facility.
The successful candidate must have three (3) full-time equivalent years of clinical experience within the last five (5) years in nursing practice, including a mandatory comprehensive experience with immunization procedures/protocols. Strong IPAC and immunization skills are required.
