The role involves completing various assessments such as Office Ergonomic Assessments, Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), and Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE) for workplace injury management. Additionally, the Kinesiologist must maintain thorough documentation of all programs and ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliances.
Successful candidates must possess membership or eligibility for membership with the Alberta Kinesiology Association and ideally have two years of clinical experience, along with experience in ergonomics and job site observation. Essential requirements include the ability to work independently, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with relevant occupational health, accessibility, and privacy legislation.
