The role involves managing general administrative duties, maintaining communication channels with pharmacies, partners, and patients, and handling financial information such as data entry, invoicing, and maintaining patient AR accounts. Responsibilities also include ensuring documentation submission according to SOPs and reporting any patient safety information as required.
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask well independently and within a team. Prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset, and fluency in both English and French is required for this position.
