The Community Support Worker will be responsible for providing lifting, transferring, and personal supports to two young men. A key aspect of the role involves connecting these individuals to exciting opportunities available within the community.
Candidates must be able to provide physical and personal supports for two young men requiring assistance. The role involves working alternating Saturdays and Sundays from 7 am to 2 pm.

Lifting, transferring and personal supports will be required.
Two young men are looking for a Community Support Worker who would enjoy connecting them to all the exciting opportunities available to them in the community. Both gentlemen will require physical and personal supports.
7a to 2p 14 awake / zero sleep hrs per week 2.
