The Guest Attendant is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a safe and caring manner as part of the nursing team. They must support and encourage residents to build self-esteem, promote independence, and protect their rights to autonomy and dignity.
The ideal candidate must possess love, respect, and a passion for people, along with a genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience and a desire to learn. Prior experience is not explicitly required, suggesting an entry-level focus on interpersonal qualities.
