The Cardiovascular Technologist will perform advanced cardiovascular performance testing, including VO2 Max and Exercise Stress Testing, while capturing high-quality diagnostic data via imaging and monitoring equipment. Key duties also involve providing compassionate patient education, summarizing test findings for physicians, and maintaining all diagnostic systems.
Candidates must have a diploma or degree in Cardiovascular Technology and be a Registered Cardiology Technologist (RCT) with CSCT/OSCT, possessing a minimum of three years of clinical experience in non-invasive cardiovascular testing. Essential skills include proficiency in ECG and arrhythmia interpretation, excellent English communication, and current CPR certification.

Graduate of a recognized Cardiovascular Technology diploma or degree program.
Registered Cardiology Technologist (RCT) with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT) and the Ontario Society of Cardiovascular Technologist (OSCT) in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in non-invasive cardiovascular testing; experience in a women-focused or executive health environment is a plus.
Proficient in ECG interpretation Demonstrate advanced arrhythmia interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential. Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with an EMR; experience with Telus CHR and GE equipment are assets, training will be provided. Current CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Excellent attention to detail. Exhibits a passion for making a difference in the lives of patients. Commitment to ongoing learning and innovation. Collaborates with allied healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care with a team-approach. Compensation & Benefits $30-$35/hr (compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications) working Tuesday and Thursdays 9 am to 1 pm (with potential for Wednesdays).
