The Health Care Aide is responsible for ensuring the general wellbeing of Residents through the delivery of high-quality services. They will provide personal care, medication administration, and support to the Care Team Members.

The Health Care Aide is responsible of ensuring the general wellbeing of Residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner that is consistent with the policies, procedures and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc. The Health Care Aide will provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to the Residents, as well as providing support and give direction to the Care Team Members. The Health Care Aide will at all times demonstrate support of Sprucewood policies and procedures and conduct themselves in a professional manner in all situations.
