The role involves promoting health and healing and providing education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients, patients, or residents in all phases of health care. This position is within the Chronic Resident Unit at the Preeceville District Health Centre.
Applicants must possess a Practical Nursing diploma and hold a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or be eligible to register with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS). Required competencies include leadership, basic computer skills, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team.
