The Occupational Therapist will develop tailored rehabilitation plans and facilitate a safe, sustainable return to work for employees after injury or illness. Responsibilities include evaluating functional abilities, designing job readiness programs, and providing education to both clients and employers.
Candidates must be registered in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia. While 1-3 years of experience is preferred, newly licensed graduates and internationally educated OTs are welcome to apply.
(Salary range: $100k-$132k, variable pay models available including a Fee for Service)

The clinical team at our Kamloops clinic are passionate about enriching the health of their clients through a holistic approach, as the Occupational Therapist you will create tailored rehabilitation plans, recommend job or home modifications, and assist with return-to-work planning. Also addressing physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges and support skill-building and environmental adaptation to improve their independence and quality of life.
Kamloops is a vibrant city in south-central British Columbia, situated at the confluence of the North and South Thompson rivers and serves as a major economic, cultural, and outdoor recreation hub in the BC Interior.
