Provide goal-focused psychotherapy and social work interventions to clients, primarily military veterans, to address mental health and psychosocial barriers. Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences to develop and monitor treatment plans while maintaining quality reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology and registration as an autonomous practitioner in Nova Scotia. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in psychotherapy and case conceptualization, with preference given to those experienced in working with military or veteran populations.
