Job Description

Performs laboratory duties for the detection, prevention and management of physiological and pathological conditions.

Education Medical Laboratory Technology diploma (MLT) Licenses College of Medical Laboratory Professionals of Saskatchewan Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science Competencies Organizational skills Interpersonal skills Basic - Computer skills Communication skills Analytical skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work independently Other Information May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives Licensed & registered by College of Medical Laboratory Professionals of Saskatchewan Certified by the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science Valid driver's license, where required Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation Additional Comment No guaranteed hours. Must be Available a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours per 3 week period. Must be available all shifts, short shifts, short notice calls, stats and holidays, where applicable

Requirements

Candidates must have a Medical Laboratory Technology diploma and be licensed by the College of Medical Laboratory Professionals of Saskatchewan. Certification by the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science is also required.
