The Social Worker will receive and screen referrals, conduct initial assessments, and make decisions regarding further intervention. They will also undertake home visits, liaise with various agencies, and prepare detailed reports.
Candidates must have Social Work England registration, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualified experience. A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK are also required.
