The Nurse Practitioner will provide consultations for veterans and other patients interested in obtaining a medical cannabis prescription and help educate them on its use as medicine. They will also follow up with patients to monitor their response to prescribed dosages and cannabinoids.

Apollo has clinical hours available for a Nurse Practitioner who will work mostly with our veteran patients, prescribing Medical Cannabis through our virtual platform. The candidate can be licensed in any province.
This is a part time position based remotely in Alberta or New Brunswick.

Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses and possess excellent communication skills in English. Experience in pain management or mental health, as well as previous work with veterans or medical cannabis, is considered an asset.
