The Occupational Therapist will provide assessments and program-based treatments for veterans and first responders through the PCVRS program. Key duties include creating graded return-to-work plans, managing concussions, and implementing cognitive strategies to support functional recovery.
Candidates must be registered with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists with 1-3 years of experience, including at least one year in mental health. A valid driver's license and the ability to independently handle complex assessments are required.

The team in our Pro Physio clinic are passionate about enriching the health of their clients through a holistic approach, as the Occupational Therapist working in the PCVRS (Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehab Services) program you will objectively assess a person's ability to perform daily and work-related tasks, identifying physical/cognitive limitations and guiding rehabilitation, return-to-work planning, accommodations, and create safe, trauma-informed environments to support participation in meaningful work, school, and social roles.

This role is full time permanent role with a hybrid schedule the clinic is in Barrhaven, a growing suburban area in Canada’s capital. This neighbourhood is perfect for families looking for greenspaces and family-oriented activities.
