Travel Locations – Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Uxbridge
Shift Options– 0800-1600, 0900-1700 , 1200-2000, 1400-2200 and 2300-0700
In this community nursing role, you as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings with the support of RNs for more complex patients. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the CNO, possessing a valid driver's license, vehicle, and CPR certification. A clear Vulnerable Sector Screen and negative TB test are mandatory.
