• Experience One year experience in community needs assessment/development/health promotion 3 years experience as an RN in primary care, public health or acute care Education Graduate from an approved School of Nursing.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is desired.
• Certification in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or equivalent program is required; Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association; Possession of, and ability to maintain current registration as RN (NP) with Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge in population and public health concepts Knowledge in community resources and services in the clinical area Ability to apply health promotion principles Other Information This position is assigned to the Community Wellness Bus.
