• THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL Base Salary: CAD $59,688.00 - 91,109.00 We are seeking a excited a skilled Clinical Support Nurse who will bring clinical expertise, oversight, and leadership to our spasticity management program.
• Visit LTC homes to support physicians in managing spasticity patients and administering medications.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Provide guidance and oversight to full-time and contract staff supporting various program functions.
• Conduct regular visits to various facilities to support MDs in delivering medical treatments.
• Provide clinical expertise and knowledge to internal staff, physicians, and personnel.
• Address escalations and client complaints and ensure service excellence.
• Resolve conflicts and provide consultation on care continuity.
• Implement protocols and adhere to processes to ensure high standards of service and compliance with healthcare guidelines and contractual obligations.
• WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Practical Nursing Diploma RPN or RN Certification Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare, of which at least 2 years’ experience in LTC setting Ability to deliver clinical support to physicians and patients, ensuring safe and effective care practices.
• NICE TO HAVE GBA Certification Exposure to automation tools (e.g., RPA, OCR, Copilot) is a plus.
