• They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.
• What You Will Do Work to your full scope of practice Become a part of a resident / family-centered environment Join an interdisciplinary team involved in best practice programs Make a difference every day by enriching the quality of life for the aging population What You Bring At least 1 years’ experience in working with seniors.
• Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills.
• Completion of an accredited License Practical Nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.
