Partner with internal and external stakeholders (workers, employers, care providers, vocational rehabilitation consultants) to implement evidence-based return-to-work strategies. Monitor goals, objectives, timeframes, and assignments; evaluate plan effectiveness through continuous communication. Chair regular team meetings to review progress toward objectives and goal achievements.
