The Health Care Aide is responsible for coordinating and providing all resident services while ensuring excellent hospitality, utilizing a collaborative approach with residents, families, and the entire Care Team. This role involves embracing the Eden Philosophy of care to alleviate loneliness, helplessness, and boredom by fostering meaningful relationships and supporting resident independence.
