Provide occupational therapy services using a client and family-centred care model and Island Health values. Assess and screen clients for psychosis and related conditions, including outreach visits. Make decisions on disposition of referrals (e.g., additional assessment, psychiatric consultant, linkage to treatment provider, or alternative service referral). Provide psycho-education, consultation, supportive counselling, and family education.
