Provide holistic nursing care to oncology patients during their cancer care experience. Perform patient assessment including reviewing patient and family history and developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans. Deliver treatment as per prescribed protocols. Collaborate with patients, family, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and modify treatment/care plans as patients progress. Administer medications, injections, blood products, and IV fluids as required by the care plan.
