Perform nursing functions associated with interventional radiology, computed tomography, and other medical imaging procedures. Provide direct nursing care to ensure comfort and safety of patients undergoing procedures. Assist the physician during procedures. Work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Prepare for and respond to fluctuating workloads and unexpected critical situations. Provide on-call coverage as required. Consult, confer, and collaborate with other health care providers and the Medical Imaging team. Demonstrate continuous improvement and best practice approach in nursing practice.
