Gather patient information for medical appointments to support efficient patient flow, including requesting, receiving, and transporting patient information to designated clinical areas and preparing documents for the clinical team and patient. Perform receptionist duties including greeting and registering patients, supporting wayfinding, answering the telephone/switchboard, and responding to triage inquiries.
