Facilitate client empowerment and competency development within the four domains of psychosocial rehabilitation (personal life, education, leisure, and work). Support skills transfer, generalization, and maintenance to maximize client growth and independence. Monitor client goal attainment and proactively assist individuals in averting potential crises. Report client status and progress to the Case Coordinator or multidisciplinary team, including noted reactions to medication.
