Liaise with the immediate supervisor to inform, consult, and problem-solve regarding serious problems/concerns encountered in providing service. Ensure dish machine temperatures are checked and recorded on established forms. Ensure the food services area is kept clean according to Public Health standards. Ensure surrounding areas are kept clean and maintained according to procedures. Ensure all required information is exchanged between staff members during shift exchange
