Provide client-focused treatment, rehabilitation, and support for persons with mental illness in a residential, community-based facility. Promote a safe, healthy, non-threatening environment that supports dignity and self-respect. Participate in planning, development, implementation, delivery, and modification of clinical services based on identified client needs. Motivate, assist, and instruct clients with activities of daily living. Report clients' conditions, including reactions to medications. Escort clients to off-site programs, appointments, and other planned events. Assess clients' ability to assume self-care responsibility.
