Provide complex confidential administrative and secretarial support to designated senior leader(s). Manage day-to-day administrative operations and resolve day-to-day problems to ensure accurate and timely delivery of administrative services. Maintain accurate appointment schedules and coordinate meetings with agendas, background materials, and decision-support packages. Attend and record senior management meetings; follow up on action items and in-services. Respond to verbal and written communications by screening requests, determining urgency/importance, and routing for reply. Liaise with internal and external organizations on behalf of senior leaders and ensure follow-up on emergent issues. Initiate follow-up processes, resolve problems, evaluate operating procedures, and advise management as necessary.
