Overview
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to meet client/program outcomes. Under supervision of the URS Behaviour Consultant, assist in designing and ensuring implementation and monitoring of skill promotion and behaviour intervention programs. Assist in developing and implementing training of mediators on principles and procedures of behaviour management. Assist in developing and implementing ongoing education (workshops and seminars) to community agencies and parents. Assist with behavioural assessment procedures, treatment planning, data collection, program and report writing. Deliver individualized behaviour intervention in a variety of settings (home, community, centre). Remain updated on current literature regarding evidence-based practices. Support risk identification and stabilization by assessing nature/level of needs and strengths of child/youth and family
