Job Description
The community of Sydney is seeking 6 family physicians to join their primary health care team. These are full scope practices, providing care for patients at all stages of life.
Responsibilities
delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members Expected Hours full-time Remuneration $375,000 - 400,000 CAD Remuneration type is either Longitudinal Family Medicine payment model or a Fee for Service payment model Incentives Eligible physicians may qualify for recruitment incentives, relocation support and site visit reimbursement through Nova Scotia Health and the Province of Nova Scotia.
