The LPN is responsible and accountable to the public for their own practice according to the standards defined by the Nova Scotia College of Nursing and the policies, standards and procedures of IWK Health. The LPN applies practical nursing theory in the assessment of patients, collaboration in the development of the nursing care plan, implementation of the care plan and ongoing evaluation of the patient. The LPN works in consultation with RN colleagues and participate in the care and delivery of Family Centred Care in the Pediatric Day Surgery/Recovery Room consistent with the philosophy, objectives, vision and mission of IWK Health.Hours of Work 8 hour shifts, rotating hoursYour Qualifications
