Supportive Housing Coordinator – Full Time Mississauga- Lakeshore Lofts Program Salary: $47,736.00 -$56,814.00 Closing Date for Applications: September 7, 2026 Position Description: Participating as a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will support the treatment, rehabilitation, and care for individuals within the program.

This housing program serves individuals who have experienced long term housing instability and/or long stay hospitalizations.

We are the fastest growing developer in Ontario creating affordable high quality efficient housing communities coupled with supportive programs to over 1,400 tenants to meet their needs of health, wellness, and belonging.

Hours worked to be scheduled as required by program needs.

As the program operates 7 days a week, being on-call for 1 week every 4-6 weeks is required to support the tenants and each other on the team.

The on-call rotation consists of carrying a work cell phone 24/7 for that one week, responding to urgent matters.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Providing direct and indirect support to tenants living with substance use disorders through a harm reduction approach.

Helping individuals connect to community resources and supports.

Reinforcing individuals’ life skills, spirituality, and social and community skills.

Planning and facilitating programs.

Supporting and coordinating volunteers Coordinating with outside organizations to provide cultural programming.

Assisting with admission and orientation of new tenants.

Rent collection, pest management, and other landlord responsibilities.

Supporting individuals to achieve their goals while encouraging independence and recovery.

Requirements

Candidates must have post-secondary education in a related field and experience in case management for individuals with special needs. A valid G-class driver's license, a clear police vulnerable sector check, and current First Aid/CPR certification are required.
