1.Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse 2.
Perioperative certificate or equivalent Operating Room experience.

Current Heart and Stroke Foundation course in CPR or equivalent 5.
Recent within (2 years) relevant Operating Room experience in a tertiary care facility 6.
Demonstrated skill and ability in site specific services.

Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills 8.
Demonstrates commitment to the principles of professional practice 9.
Demonstrates judgment in carrying out his or her role or function and is responsible and accountable for acting on the interpretation of data 10.
Demonstrates critical-thinking and decision-making in assessment and problem identifications 11.
Demonstrates ongoing personal professional education and development
Candidates must hold a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess a perioperative certificate or equivalent experience. Recent experience within a tertiary care facility and current CPR certification are also required.
