Market context
In Ontario, veterinary assistant roles are often driven by ongoing clinic demand for dependable support with patient care, client service, and day-to-day operations. These positions can be competitive because employers value calm animal handling, teamwork, and the ability to multitask, while a college certificate or prior experience may help but is not always required. If you are considering applying, emphasize hands-on animal care, reliability, and readiness to learn; the requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save you research time.
