The LPN/RPN is responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with established standards, physicians' orders, and administrative policies. They will also assist in assessing residents, developing care plans, and monitoring changes in health conditions.

Assure observance of required techniques in nursing care 2) Assist in assessing patients/residents and develop, implement, review and evaluate care plans.
