What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

Delivery of medication

  • Taking daily medication to the homes of our patients
  • Clinical
  • Support:
  • Prompt and observe of insulin dosing
  • Medication
  • Assistance: Assisting with self-administered medication or providing reminders.
  • Environmental
  • Maintenance: Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy patient rooms.

Reporting

  • Reporting changes in patient condition, and behavior
  • Documentation : Documenting visit details using apps on the company phone

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience, professionalism, initiative, and care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and maintain active registration with the BCCNM. A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are required for travel to patient homes.
