Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in South Surrey - a scenic coastal community in Metro Vancouver that blends small-town warmth with urban convenience. Our team provides urgent care after hours and on weekends, with a complement of 7.24 FTE primary care providers (family physicians and/or nurse practitioners).
We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, allied health and administrative support. You will participate as an active team member in the delivery of urgent primary care services to the Fraser South residents, both with or without a family provider.
Together, we are dedicated to extending intentional and coordinated care to all members of the community, including the vulnerable and medically complex. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centred, culturally safe and quality care.
