The Sterilization Technician is responsible for cleaning, packaging, and sterilizing dental instruments while maintaining strict compliance with IPAC standards. They also monitor sterilization equipment, manage documentation, and ensure the reprocessing area remains safe and organized.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous clinical experience in a sterilization role and completion of an accredited Dental Assisting or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician program. Familiarity with IPAC protocols and provincial health and safety regulations is highly preferred.
