The campus includes a 122-bed Ismaili Ethnocultural Designated Long-Term Care Home. AgeCare has been appointed as the manager of the Generations Toronto long-term care home and is recruiting the Housekeeping Aide on behalf of Generations Toronto. The Opportunity The Housekeeper performs a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that the Long-Term Care residence is maintained in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition for residents, visitors, and other staff members.

What Is In It For You Cleans dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, activity areas, offices, hallways, stairwells, and other areas as directed.

Cleans, mops, waxes, and polishes floors.

Operates a floor machine to buff dining room, bedroom, lounge, corridor, and office floors.

Dusts furniture and equipment.

Arranges furniture in an orderly fashion.

Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, urinals, and telephones daily.

What You Will Need Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

A minimum of public-school education is required.

Salary Range

$23.76 - $25.39 per hour Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
