• At this time this opportunity is scheduled 12-hour shifts
• As the successful applicant, you will do the following:
• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
• Provide nursing care and treatments within RN scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care.
• Deliver supportive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative care.
• Educate patients and families and promote health and wellness.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care in accordance with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) standards. What You’ll Bring Required
• Current Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Two (2) years nursing experience in acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS
• Coronary Care I or willingness to complete within six (6) months Preferred
• Current nursing experience in a critical care setting
• Critical Care Nursing Certification
• Coronary Care II is preferred
