The Registered Nurse will provide exceptional wound, ostomy, and continence care to clients within their homes or community settings. They will utilize clinical judgment to ensure high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and respect.
• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) Area of Work: Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, and surrounding areas. Virtual visits might be expected to do if appropriate.
RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
Must have Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)
Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting. Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset.
