About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you'll use your training to provide person-centred care, support daily living, and help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes. You'll travel between clients' homes throughout the day, making every visit matter. Bring your skills to where they're needed most! Marigold Residence Hospice provides specialized care and services with a patient-centered approach. Patients and families are intimately involved in creating their own plan of care which best addresses their unique needs. Our specialized hospice team works together, with other community partners and service providers to provide full support and quality hospice palliative care. Working within an interdisciplinary care team with the goal to provide comfort care and the management of pain and other symptoms.
