Market context

ICU RN roles remain competitive in Ontario

Ontario ICU registered nurse roles are typically in steady demand because hospitals need nurses with current CNO registration, BCLS, ACLS, and hands-on acute care experience. These positions are competitive because ICU teams often prefer candidates with a Critical Care Certificate and prior ICU exposure, and the requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save you research time. Before applying, confirm your certifications are current and highlight specific ICU or acute care responsibilities in your resume.
