About the role

The Registered Nurse will conduct scheduled visits to patients in their homes to assess needs and execute individualized care plans. They will maintain professional patient records and build collaborative relationships with patients of varying complexity.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Community Visiting Nurse to work the day shift travelling throughout Amherstburg/Harrow and surrounding areas. Sign on bonus up to $1000. In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
