The Personal Support Worker provides person-centred care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility. They also collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for clients.
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you'll use your training to provide person-centred care, support daily living, and help clients stay comfortable and independent in their own homes.
