You will support patients in their homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping. Additionally, you will provide companionship and care to help improve the quality of life for patients in the community.
PARAMED HOME HEALTH CARE As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
