Reporting to the Supervisor or designate, the Laboratory Combined Technologist receives and completes requisitions, forms and reports; monitors patients; performs general imaging procedures, as qualified, including archiving acquired images; carries out routine Laboratory and ECG testing, as qualified; utilizes computerized patient data systems; and prepares and monitors supplies and equipment.
Graduation from a recognized combined Laboratory and Medical Radiography Technician Program, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
One year of recent related experience.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage emergent situations.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate workload.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare providers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ability to physically and emotionally perform the duties of the position
