Bayshore is currently seeking a passionate and caring Visiting Nurse to join our exceptional care team in the community.
Education & Certification Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RPN) Current registration in good standing with the provincial regulatory body (CNO) LEAP Training, Palliative Certification, considered an asset Experience 2-5 years of recent relevant nursing experience in a fast-paced clinic or medical environment Experience with wound care, diabetes management, trach/vent, IV care is an asset Other Requirements Valid G2 or G Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle Willingness to travel regularly within the Hamilton/Burlington area in all weather conditions Please note: You will be required to travel from home-to-home visiting clients within the Greater Hamilton/Burlington areas in all weather conditions Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
