The Program Assistant provides administrative, scheduling, and records management support across multiple Rehabilitation and Recovery sites. They act as the primary point of contact for clients and staff while maintaining statistical reports and program documentation.

Reporting to the Program Managers, the Program Assistant provides administrative support to three sites within the Rehabilitation and Recovery (R&R) Division. This position works across multiple program locations in Coquitlam and White Rock and requires regular travel between sites to support day-to-day operations. The Program Assistant is responsible for a wide range of administrative, scheduling, payroll, and records management functions that support program operations. The role requires sound judgment, initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service to staff, clients, community partners, and the public.

Candidates must have a Grade 12 diploma and an Office Administration Certificate or equivalent experience. A Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Clearance and WHMIS certification are required.
