The Registered Nurse will provide holistic, person-centred care to clients in their homes, including physical assessments, symptom control, and palliative support. They will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Our Visiting nurses provide client care in the client’s own home. They provide physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counselling to individuals and families and much more.

Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice and possess a valid driver's license with a personal vehicle. Three years of experience in community or acute care with a focus on palliative care is preferred, along with relevant certifications like CAPCE.
